Description: Introducing Mud’s Little Coach. This gorgeous colt goes back to the great Skywatch. That was mom’s favorite breeding, and her favorite color. The sorrel or dark palomino with flax mane and tail. This guy is GENTLE!!!! He has a head shaking running walk to die for. Gaits just like mom’s horse, Country Sky. Unfortunately, it’s winter time, so he isn’t show ready for pics, but when he sheds off, he will be gorgeous. We have had this guy a while. We bought him broke, but he still had a lot of growing to do, so we stuck him out in the pasture with our 2 year olds, and just let him be a horse. He now stands 15/1 and is about done growing. Hipster (barn name) isn’t super personable, because we turned him out and didn’t do a lot with him for a while, but he’s coming back around to loving and attention. Get on his back, and this guy is point and click. Goes where you tell him alone or in a group. He is slower alone, but that’s to be expected at his age. He doesn’t over react to things most horses spook at. He has a big brain between those ears, and he makes good use of it. Always learning and getting better with every ride. Hipster will walk all day on a loose rein. Gather him up and give him a little nudge, and enjoy the silky smooth running walk. Hipster neck reins, moves off the leg and the bit. He is doing great at pivoting, and started on side passing. Trailers like a dream and backs off. He has been vet checked, negative Coggins in hand. Just wormed him. Had all vaccinations in October 2023. He’s ready for his forever home. Take him anyway you want to go. He’s pretty enough for the show ring. Calm enough for the trails. Smart enough for field trial or obstacle. His price is $5500. Www.ggflatshodfarms.com
